I pride myself on being a Delaware native. I've been involved in music all of my life. At the Tatnall School, I was a member of the concert choir, special performance choral group, all state choir, and the all independent school jazz band. I've played saxophone for over thirty years and still enjoy doing so, but only for my own enjoyment now! I played sax for the Cameltones for a few years, where I met Sam Starr. Sam introduced me to Dave Smith and we then formed the Dave Smith Band and enjoyed many years of success until Dave left us for the "beach life." Jamie, Sam and I continued on as the Goodfellas and have enjoyed great success ever since.

I've always spent a lot of time listening to music of all types. I think I started to play piano around the age of ten or eleven, then guitar, organ, some drums and bass. I played in bands all through High School and college with friends that had similar musical tastes. I typically play keyboard in the few bands I play with now, splitting the bottom keyboard and playing bass with my left hand. I especially like playing with some of my oldest friends from High School now that we are actually proficient on our instruments! My music of choice is typically 60's soul and classic rock with jazz influences, although I also enjoy playing country, folk rock, or whatever my band mates might bring to the table.

I have played in various local bands around the Wilmington area over the past thirty years. I've been featured on guitar, keyboards, and vocals for bands such as Traveller, Frankie and the Electrics, The Red Hots, The Stingrays, The Juvenilles, Enuf Rope, The Dave Smith Band and currently with The Arden All-Starrs and The Goodfellas.
